Position Overview
As a Market Research Analyst Sr within PNC's Decision Analytics & Research organization, you will be a member of the Insights and Market Dynamics team, located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you will assist with designing, implementing and managing marketing research programs and projects to develop an in-depth understanding of PNC’s marketing, customer experience and employee engagement programs. You will develop a partnership with your business leaders who will rely on you to understand how PNC can create compelling customer experiences, products and services. The insights you develop will support all areas across PNC.
Research approaches used may include a combination of primary research (both qualitative and quantitative) and secondary research. Experience with or deep understanding of specific research methodologies, and/or techniques such as price sensitivity methods, discrete choice/conjoint, perceptual mapping, correlation/regression analysis, and other methods is desired. Knowledge, creation and implementation of strategic research programs a plus (proprietary consumer/community panels, NPS programs, etc.).
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other analytical field highly desirable
- Responsibilities will be conducting analytics on Market Research Data
