Partner Program Marketing Operations Intern with Ansys, Inc.

If you are passionate about marketing, enjoy managing projects and have an interest in engineering technology, then ANSYS wants to hear from you! We are seeking an intern who can participate in marketing and program operations activities within our partnership team.

This internship is a 40-hour per week paid position located at ANSYS headquarters in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA area. Position will start in May and conclude in August.


 RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate should be prepared to work in a highly successful, dynamic team environment, collaborating with our external strategic partners and internal-cross functions globally. The intern will gain an enriching experience in program marketing and operations. 
• Engage with all ANSYS Partner Program members to actively facilitate program engagement
• Help to meet ANSYS Partner Program goals by creating marketing collateral that support the program
• Drive program functions as needed, including writing and editing copy for partner ecosystem website, email communications, presentation materials for webinars, etc.
• Update and maintain database of all partner profiles on ANSYS.COM
• Assist in coordinating logistics in support of planned partner events
• Improve partner ecosystem data collection for use in CRM system and internal communications


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Pursuing a BS in Marketing, Technical Writing, Communication, English, Public Relations or related major and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship
• Experience in Marketing
• An interest in Technical Writing
• Proficient in Google apps and/or Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Team player, responsible, and motivated

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Pursuing a STEM minor or degree
• Experience with CRM tools (ie: Salesforce)
• U.S. Citizen preferred
